Governance Systems Trainer

Our client is seeking a Governance Systems Trainer to join their friendly, energetic Governance Services team and provide up-to-date training on operational change, process improvements and IT initiatives, ensuring teams have the technical knowledge and training for them to leverage our systems as part of delivering services to our clients. Duties will include designing and creating, in collaboration with the technical and business teams, all relevant training materials and course programmes necessary to deliver system learning, managing internal system training and engaging with employees and business leaders to identify training needs and to plan suitable means of addressing these needs. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work under their own initiative to manage and deliver training programmes to a high standard, a proven ability to manage and deliver training and 5+ years experience within the trust and corporate services industry.
