This is an exciting new role to support the HR Team in providing a reliable, supportive and proactive HR service to the business, promoting best practice in all areas and maintaining high levels of confidentiality. You will also focus on enhancing the employee experience, from recruitment through to exit, alongside accurate reporting to enable the business to make evidence-based decision around people and culture.
The successful candidate must have minimum GCSE English and Maths at A or B grade (ideally a degree) as well as some office administration experience. Prior experience in an HR role would be advantageous. Contact Megan for more information!
