As HR Business Partner, you will support the business in managing human resources and employee relations activities, ensuring employment legislation is adhered to and HR policies and approval processes are followed. Responsibilities will include managing the people-management related agenda at local level to ensure effective HR operational support to Line Managers, in accordance with Group HR Strategy. In addition, you will contribute to various HR-related change management projects and effectively manage local communications.
