Within this role you will oversee the recruitment process, ensure job descriptions are available, ensure all new starter and leaver documentation and pre-employment checks are completed and create Induction packs/ carry out first morning inductions. You will also provide line manager and employees with day to day guidance on employment law, monitor all absence including annual/study/sick leave records and assist staff with queries relating to AVIVA, sick pay, DIS, pay and benefits. The ideal candidate will hold a CIPD qualification, have excellent knowledge of local employment legislation and have the ability to deal with employee relations.
