Our client within the finance sector is looking to hire a HR Manager to manage up to 150 employees within the Channel Islands.
Key responsibilities will include acting as the main point of contact for employees on all HR matters, responding effectively to any queries across all service lines within the company. Work closely with management with regards to recruitment, performance management and pay reviews. Liaise with other global HR teams to help achieve global business goals.
The ideal candidate will have at least a minimum of 4 years HR experience, have previous management responsibilities and be able to work well with other global HR teams. To find out more information, please contact Reece.
