Our Client – a leading private investments firm – seeks a HR Manager who can lead the office in terms of administrative matters, human resources and compliance.
The Jobholder will be responsible for office administration, including maintaining supplies, negotiating terms with suppliers, and drawing up and maintaining office procedures. They will be responsible for handling certain human resource matters and appropriately addressing employee concerns.
The successful applicant will be extremely well-organised, agile and aware of the obligations of such a company in Luxembourg. They will have the drive to lead matters on an individual basis without instruction and the necessary communication skills to interact with the office employees. Ideally, they will possess 5-6 years of experience in the field.
