This is a great opportunity for a HR professional to work within a senior management team to develop and implement a HR service that supports the delivery of an operational Business Plan, whilst also aligning with a set of generic HR deliverables detailed in a HR Business Plan. The main duty of the role is to develop expertise in HR so as to enhance the overall skills of the HR function and support the organisation in terms of internal consultancy. Successful candidates should have experience in leadership skills and excellent operational knowledge of internal policies and terms and conditions of employment.
