Within this role you will be responsible for the preparation, validation and running of the Company’s payroll via third party supplier and undertaking all benefit administration. Key accountabilities include preparation and checking payroll for jurisdictions in Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, UK, Cayman, Geneva and Singapore. Supporting the Head of Human Resources by assisting with the management of the benefits package and liaise with Brokers regarding renewal of benefits insurances on an annual basis and processing the monthly pension scheme contributions.
