In this role you will be responsible for conducting customer platform support for IoT customers, technical on boarding and management of those customer services. You will be issuing diagnostics to ensure customer network issues are dealt with swiftly, managing and controlling the International Operations ticket queue. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar technical environment, experience of SS7 and have excellent problem-solving skills. BTEC in Telecommunications or CCNA is desirable.
