Our client within the fiduciary sector is looking to hire a Junior Trust Administrator to provide support and assistance to the trust officers and senior staff with the administration of a varied portfolio of trusts and companies. You will provide support and assistance with the administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies. You will respond to telephone calls, facsimiles and e-mails received, alerting client managers/directors to all important items. You will liaise with investment brokers, investment managers, intermediaries and third parties at an appropriate level. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel, have a strong academic background, posses strong organisational skills and ideally have some experience in an administrative role.
