This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning law firm. Within this role you will work side by side with fee earners by carrying out and assisting with non-fee earning administrative/secretarial tasks and supporting with all aspects of their legal fee earning work.
Duties will include producing and amending documentation and correspondence, answering all phones in the department, maintaining daily diaries, booking meeting rooms, copy typing, as well as completing, receiving authorisation and tracking expense claims forms.
