Our client, a local insurance company, is seeking a Loss Adjuster to join their newly established in-house loss adjusting team where you will be responsible for undertaking claim assessments and project managing claims from instruction to settlement. You will be field based for much of your time, working in various locations which could entail dealing with customers on a 1:1 basis. You will have a passion for exceptional customer service, great analytical and relationship building skills and be a strong communicator. Ideally you will hold relevant qualifications with the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (‘CILA’) or be working towards a CILA qualification. Alternatively, you will have experience in handling commercial/home claims, with relevant Chartered Insurance Institute ('CII') qualifications.
