Our client within the Fiduciary sector is looking to hire an Administration Officer to provide administrative support to the Fiduciary Management team and provide a high level of service to clients.
In this role your responsibilities will include general administration, filling, producing office material packs, arranging payments and administrative tasks across the database management. You will essentially be providing a first line support service to clients within the Fiduciary Management team, including the compilation and preparation of letters, emails and faxes.
The ideal candidate will have a good academic background, have strong organisational skills, be able to use their own initiative and work to tight deadlines. Training will also be provided. To find out more information, please contact Reece.
