Our client within the fiduciary sector is looking to hire an Administration Officer for the Accounts department to assist with the management of the billing processes, the control of debtors, the payment of expenses, the maintenance of the accounting records, the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reports and the annual financial budgetary process for the Trust Company.

Your main responsibilities will include Financial Accounting and Reporting, managing the raising of fee invoices for services provided. Group trust accounting, managing the billing process, control of debtors and maintain accounting records. Client accounting, drafting financial statements for the clients of the Trust Companies.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of preparing financial statements, have good knowledge of Guernsey regulations and posses strong communication skills. For more information, please contact Reece.
