Our client is looking to recruit a motivated individual to be the second line of support for these online service issues. Duties of the role will include: Monitoring the support inbox and categorising messages, prioritising faults and maintenance work to meet the business requirements, liaising with operations staff to keep them informed of progress. The successful candidate must have evident ability to grasp this type of work quickly.
