PA & Office Manager – Fixed-Term Contract

A superb contract opportunity for an experienced PA to provide administrative support to the Directors and team at a global private equity business for a 12 month period.  Duties will include Board/committee meeting arrangements, booking of transport, accommodation and business lunches, preparation and coordination of documents, processing expense claim forms and various other ad-hoc duties.  This position calls for strong PA/secretarial skills together with office management/ administration experience, solid IT skills and a positive and proactive demeanour.
