Are you an experienced Payroll/HR Administrator seeking more freedom in your working life and a role that gives you flexibility on your hours and where you work? As one of the Channel Islands’ leading recruitment agencies and a growing business in Guernsey, we are always on the lookout for ambitious and dedicated individuals to join our friendly and professional team of Consultants. We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll & Onboarding Administrator to assist in our busy pan-island Temporary Employment and Operations Team and work on a wide range of tasks, including running a weekly payroll, completing pre-employment screening and processing invoices. Applicants will ideally have previous payroll/HR administration experience, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously. Knowledge of QuickBooks and TT Software would be advantageous, but full training on our processes and systems will be given.
