We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join a dynamic marketing team, taking ownership of paid digital channels, website optimisation, digital acquisition and conversion improvement across the Channel Islands. You’ll use data-led insight, experimentation and AI-enabled tools to drive measurable customer and commercial outcomes, while managing digital budgets, campaigns and agency relationships. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience in paid media, SEO, web analytics and conversion-rate optimisation, alongside excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
