In this role you will be responsible for the personal administrative and executive service to the Director and a degree of administrative support to the wider team. You will be first point of contact for the Director, dealing with telephone inquiries and mail messages, screen correspondence by reviewing their content to gauge their importance to bring them to the Director and also draft responses as appropriate. Other duties include being responsible for diary management, arranging and co-ordinating meetings and ensure relevant people are fully prepared and briefed, typing detailed letters and supporting booking travel. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills including the use of various software systems to produce correspondence and manage diaries, previous experience dealing with senior management, previous PA experience is desirable.
