Personal Banking Manager

Within this role you will lead and focus on delivering a high level of customer experience and satisfaction; building relationships by managing customer’s expectations and being the point of contact for all queries and visibly owning the ongoing relationships.
You will also be involved with risk management, including improving policies, processes, procedures, supervision and governance to ensure a robust and consistent approach.
In addition, within this role you will also be expected to grow business performance through delivery of individual and team Balanced Scorecard objectives as well as working with specialist business partners to understand what factors influence business performance and use judgment, knowledge of the local market and provided data, to make changes and drive continuous improvement.
The successful candidate must have strong experience within a similar senior Banking role, as well as experience of people management. Contact Megan for more information.
