Policies and Procedures Manager

Our client is looking for a Policies and Procedures Manager to join their busy and growing team. You will review, revise and draft policies and procedures to identify any gaps, inconsistencies or conflicts and then take appropriate action to resolve. You will monitor regulatory developments to help determine whether updates to policies and procedures are required, assist the Business Operations team with team-specific reporting on service levels and provide ad hoc support to Chief Operating Officer as required.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of applicable statutory laws and other legal and regulatory requirements. A strong academic background and previous experience in a similar role is desirable. If you can demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, alongside superior organisation skills, and the ability to proactively manage the implementation of policies then do get in touch.
