Private Equity Fund Administrator

Working as Private Equity Fund Administrator, you will provide support to the fund administration team, assist with corporate services and investor services to private equity funds, and assist with the underlying private equity fund vehicles ensuring that they are full compliant with fund documentation and legal regulatory requirements.
In this new and exciting role, you will assist with organising, maintaining and filing of all fund documentation within the Private Equity Team, prepare all fund distribution and call notices to investors, help prepare payment instructions accurately for approved invoices, FX transactions, investments, distributions and any other ad hoc payments and assist Co Sec with the preparation of agendas, board minutes and board packs as required for all scheduled and ad hoc board meetings. This role requires someone who is willing to study towards a relevant qualification, someone with atleast 1 year relevant experience, a good knowledge of the MS Office package, and good communication skills (both written and verbal).
