Project Assistant

In this role you will provide secretarial and administrative assistance with a busy team. The Successful candidate will act as a focal point of contact for the team and is expected to screen calls, re-directing them if necessary and to monitor diary schedules in order to manage timely response. Other main duties include producing correspondence, reports and composing letters as necessary, assisting with and preparing various reports that have been drafted by the team into final form including the presentation and layout and co-ordinating consultations, receptions, seminars, workshops and public communication programmes. Applicants must have excellent secretarial and administrative skills with at least three years’ experience in a secretarial/administration role. Contact Kim for details.
