Senior Administrator

Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their professional and family based office team in Jersey for a six month contract. You will assist with the supervision and development of junior team members and will manage and strengthen your own portfolio whilst prioritising your own workload. Some of your key responsibilities will be liaising with clients on a daily basis, delegating appropriate tasks to the junior team, prepare and monitor client billing and organise client board meetings.

The ideal applicant should have 4 years of relevant industry administrative experience – minimum 3 years – and good knowledge and understanding of current local finance industry legislation. The candidate should possess Table 5 Qualification and have a strong academic background.
