A superb opportunity has arisen for an energetic and highly skilled candidate to provide company secretarial and operational support at a leading, locally-owned provider of Private Wealth, Corporate and Fund services.
In additional to providing company secretarial support to a range of in-house companies, committees and project teams, the appointed individual will manage relationships with 3rd suppliers of premises and facilities services and will play an active part in both regulatory projects and marketing support.
This interesting and varied role requires a candidate with 5+ years’ experience ideally gained in the finance sector, although a legal/medical secretarial background will be considered. Company secretarial experience and minute taking is essential.
