Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Company Secretarial Assistant to join its team in Guernsey. Working within private banking, the successful candidate will actively contribute to the promotion of corporate governance best practice and standards. The candidate will provide support for board and committee meetings within the company, including scheduling meetings, developing annual planners, preparation of meeting packs and drafting minutes. The ideal candidate will have previous company secretarial experience with excellent organisation and administration skills.
