Senior Company Secretary

Our client is looking for an experienced company secretary to provide timely company secretarial and governance support on a temporary basis, including end to end organisation and administration of board meetings and board and senior management committees. Main duties will include providing advice to executive and non-executive directors and staff across the group on company secretarial and corporate governance matters, implementing processes and procedures to ensure the highest standards and best practice are maintained and developing strong relationships with senior management, compliance, risk, finance and tax departments across the company to ensure that appropriate board reports and papers are generated. Excellent Communication skills; oral, written and presentational are essential and knowledge of company law is also required. Contact Kim for details.
