Senior Manager - Human Resources

The purpose of this position is to work with the business in a partnership capacity to develop the People Agenda; translating business initiatives and goals into robust strategic plans that enable business delivery. You will be responsible for managing relationships with senior and line managers, key employee representatives (e.g. unions) and local regulatory bodies to maintain compliance. This role is to act as a change agent in a customer-focused; cost efficient; innovative, and structured way to quickly respond to changing business priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience of advising and engaging senior leaders and effectively partnering with a business, embedding new initiatives and supporting employee groups of 500+ in multiple locations.
