Within this role you will contribute to the smooth running of the IT Service Desk Support team by providing IT Hardware and Software support across all jurisdictions of this firm, adhering to IT procedures and standards. You will be the first point of contact for all support or service calls on a daily or weekly basis, ensuring the Support Team Managers are notified if there are any on-going faults.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft office and Windows 10 based operating systems. Contact Megan for more information.
