You’ll provide high-quality 2nd line IT support, handling complex issues and acting as a key escalation point for the wider team. The role will involve supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Intune and Windows 11 environments. You’ll also mentor junior colleagues, manage tickets and ensure clients receive clear, professional support. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills, alongside a proactive approach.
