As the Service and Process Design Analyst you will lead on the service design process to support the successful introduction, change or withdrawal of service(s). You will also lead and deliver on projects to improve customer service. The successful candidate must have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical business skills and process design experience. Lean six sigma green belt is desirable.
