Within this role you will oversee all Service Desk staff and activities in addition to planning , designing and analyzing the organisations IT services. Skills required include effective team/performanace management, relationship building and analytical/problem solving. The successful candidate will have extensive application support experience (windows) and a minimum of 4 years experience managing a service desk function in an International corporate environment.
