Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join its busy team in Jersey. In this role you will provide first point of contact technical support for all IT related service requests and incidents and provide and maintain desktops suite, software and security.
The successful candidate will be an expert user in the main Microsoft applications and Windows 10 and will ideally have an understanding of Active Directory, Cisco Call Manager, System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM), Citrix and iManage Document Management System.
