Within this role you will answer calls and queries from customers solving as many issues as possible within the first call. You will log support requests with the relevant department taking end to end responsibility and will achieve excellent customer service results. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be computer literate and a knowledge of mobile phone technology, terminology and billing would be an advantage.
