A world-leading provider of fund administration services is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to support the busy IT department of this fast-growing organisation. Duties will include answering and responding to calls to the Global Service Desk, acting as the Service Desk Representative to the local office, logging incidents and requests and ensuring the timely resolution or escalation of incidents. Experience in a 1st line IT systems and user-support role, together with understanding of key systems such as Citrix Administration, Office365 and Document Management Systems is essential for this role.
