Service Desk Analyst

Our client, a leading offshore legal firm, is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to act as the first point of contact for delivering IT technical support.  Key responsibilities of this role include the provision of technical support for all IT related service requests and incidents, the provision and maintenance of desktops, laptops and mobile devices and providing first and second line support alongside senior members of the team.  Extensive training will be provided as part of this role, so whilst previous experience of working in an IT environment is desirable, it is not essential. A keen interest in IT and new technology is a must and an IT qualification would be an advantage, as would some knowledge of Microsoft Windows & Office, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Filesite DMS and Mimecast.
