Within this role you will provide support for all office hardware including printers, photocopiers, faxes, PC’s, iGel terminals and mobile devices and escalate as appropriate where a resolution cannot be provided. In addition to this you will also provide support on all standard applications support calls. The successful candidate will have the ITIL Foundation certificate, or be working towards it.
