Our client is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to support the Jersey office along with other group entities such as London, Guernsey and Gibraltar. You will be call logging including timely call completion, providing 2nd level desktop support and carrying out incident resolution. You will hold an IT related qualification, preferably ITIL and change management experience is desired. Contact Sally.
