An exciting new temporary opportunity has arisen within our clients Service Management Team for a Service Management Centre Analyst. Reporting into the SMC Manager, the successful candidate will have primarily responsibility for receiving, categorising, logging and retaining ownership of Enterprise customer service incidents and service requests. They will be responsible for providing first and second tier support to all clients and passing those that cannot be resolved onto appropriate groups to resolve.
