The successful candidate will Account Manage Small and Medium Businesses and act as single point of contact for our customers. As a trusted advisor, you will also be responsible for growing revenue through meeting customers’ and business needs with the upselling and cross-selling solutions our client provides. This is a key role to ensure that the Business customer base is not eroded by competition. The successful candidate will have good verbal and written communication skills, be capable of accepting continual, rapid changes in services and technology.
