The purpose of the role is to operate as a systems specialist within the Finance & Treasury community, to make sure the current reporting capabilities remain fit-for-purpose, and new solutions are designed appropriately. This is a role spanning multi disciplines including technology, finance, and project management where you will contribute towards the production of Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD) in support of Business or Finance change initiatives. The successful candidate will possess/develop an understanding of Finance & Treasury systems, system accounting rules, data structures and reporting practices. Prior experience of Technology systems, prototyping and development techniques, knowledge of SQL based software tools from IBM (DB2), Microsoft (TSQL), Oracle or similar and knowledge of project management principles, via PRINCE2 or a similar qualification, with experience working in a change environment would be beneficial.
