Supervisor, Consumer Credit

Our client is seeking a Supervisor of Consumer Credit, based within their Supervision team, responsible for a portfolio of entities supervised for consumer credit activity. This is an exciting new financial services business activity coming into regulatory scope soon and in the run up to this, the successful candidate will build knowledge of the local consumer credit market, providing outreach and support to those businesses falling within scope of the new regulations. The role will help businesses comply with the regulatory framework, ensuring relevant legal obligations and regulatory requirements are met in Jersey. To succeed in this role you must have strong communication skills, experience with lending/credit and an understanding of the Jersey and International regulatory standards.
