Our client is looking to hire a Team Coordinator. Working as part of the Finance and Administration team, your overall responsibility will be to ensure that certain work is prioritised and facilitated accordingly.
Primary duties include supervising work flow, co-ordinating and supporting the team to meet deadlines, delivering a high-quality service at all times. You will assist with deposits including observing mandates, investment guidelines and board requirements. You will also assist with the production of budgets and forecasts in conjunction with the relevant client needs.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel, have gained a minimum of 3 years finance administrative experience in a professional environment and posses strong organisational skills. Please contact Reece for more information.
