In this role you will be providing secretarial, reception and administrator services. You will ensure that client information, reports and correspondence are entered into the clients recording system and are timely available for appointments and meetings. Other duties include, arranging and attending meetings, preparing minutes and agendas, dealing with members of the public as well as other teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a high degree of confidentiality and use and knowledge of Microsoft office systems is desired.
