Trainee Office Administrator

Our client is looking to recruit a Trainee Office Administrator to work with a very busy team in Guernsey. The successful candidate will act as a messenger, organise outgoing mail, liaise with courier companies, prepare, collate and organise data and documentation to ensure all records are up to date and accurate. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s including English and Maths (Grade C or above), a good working knowledge of how to operate Word, Excel and email systems and along with some exposure to an office environment.
