A full-time Trust Officer position is available for a candidate with 3-5 years’ experience in offshore trust and company administration. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of client entities, maintain statutory records, prepare minutes/resolutions, and conduct periodic reviews of client entities. Candidates will hold, be studying towards, or be willing to pursue a STEP qualification and must possess good working knowledge of the accounting and legal aspects of trusts and companies.
