We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join a leading financial services firm in their Compliance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and talented individual to take on a key leadership role. Responsibilities include overseeing compliance monitoring and presenting quarterly reports to boards. The role also offers the chance to contribute to the development of risk and compliance frameworks, succession planning for the Head of Compliance, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the financial services industry, detailed understanding of the Trust Company/Fund Services Business compliance environment and ideally hold a Table 4 compliance professional qualification or equivalent.
