You will be responsible for purchase ledger transactions, including receipts of order coding costs, posting invoices, raising cheques and month end purchase ledger run for review by the Financial Controller. You will be updating accounting records (new payments, balances, customer information), issuing customer account statements and daily posting of cash receipts. The ideal candidate will be a confident user of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and Outlook), experience in using trust company time-recording or billing system is beneficial.
