The purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive range of functions and tasks (procurement, file management, health and safety, arranging public meetings, etc) enabling employees, Senior Managers and Directors to deliver their duties and services efficiently. Provide cover for front of house and customer service, deal with telephone and e-mail enquiries, personal callers.
