We have an exciting opportunity in a leading firm of Chartered Surveyors for a Service Charge/Property Manager.

The successful candidate will predominantly assist with drafting, reviewing and approving service charge interim and year end accounts and budgets, along with processing invoicing for approval and reviewing service charge cash flows and budgets regularly. You will also prepare and issue quarterly rent reports to clients. In addition, you will assist with the day-to-day management of both commercial and residential properties, to include the carrying out of annual and quarterly comprehensive property inspections of buildings and roofs and dealing with landlord and tenant issues. You will be required to liaise with contractors and tenants to organise repairs and maintenance as required.
