The main focus will be on registering LPAs for Property and Affairs and Health and Welfare; coordinating and managing the process appointing Delegates; and examining documentation received from Delegates and Tuteurs. You will review all applications for LPAs and decide as to validity and acceptability. Enter relevant data on the capacity database. Perform verifications and issue notifications; receive and review objections; review inventories, annual report and plans, accounts and other documentation received from Delegates and Tuteurs amongst more. As Corporate Secretarial Administrator, your role will encompass all aspects of the Corp Sec department to ensuring that the Client Services departments receive an efficient and professional service and that all data is input and managed in an efficient and secure manner.

Main duties will include the production of minutes, maintaining statutory records, filing of any relevant documents/scanning, preparation of stock transfer forms, share certificates and declaration of trusts as well as the preparation of all documents for dissolutions, liquidations and reinstatements.
