The purpose of the role is to provide a full confidential personal administrative and executive service to the Director and a degree of adminsitrative support to the wider team. You will Act as first point of contact for the Director, screen correspondence, telephone inquiries and mail messages and convey as necessary. Review their content to gauge their importance, bring them to the attention of the Director and draft responses. You will be responsible for diary management, arranging and co-ordinating meetings, assimilate, prepare and distribute papers required for meetings to ensure the Director is prepared and take minutes; type detailed reports and letters (this will involve audio typing) and book travel.
